They don't give a window for fresh air/light in the servant room. It's 2025 guys! What 'seva bhaav' if we can't even give a little bit of natural air and light to our house help who keep the house running. You can still change things - think again. What use is multi-crore apartments if the support staff is not treated properly. They are meant to sleep and rest in claustrophobic holes? I will not be buying. Plus it seems there is still some car movement on ground level which is unacceptable at this price point. No squash court either. Needs a proper synthetic running track too and not hard surface. No sewage treatment plant in society it seems. Not eco-friendly. No renewable energy sources options like solar panels. Finally, not enough trees and local plant species, but mostly well manicured water-guzzling, chemicals-laden grass. No biodiversity, no microclimate, no large canopies of trees. Only show. No thank you. EDIT: Also looks like they have now gone from the original 3 towers to 4 towers to maximize profits, thus increasing the density of the project making it less desirable. More crowd/load for limited amenities etc."
